Our Journey
Welcome to Sparkly Pool Services, where our story is deeply rooted in family values, hard work, and a passion for excellence.
I’m Fernando Desouza, the COO and founder of Sparkly Pool Services. My journey in the pool cleaning business began in the year 2000, and after gaining years of experience, I took the leap and started Sparkly Pool Services in 2016 with just two customers.

From the very beginning, this business has been a labor of love, built from the ground up with a commitment to honesty, reliability, and fairness. Over the years, Sparkly has grown significantly, and today, we are proud to serve a large and amazing group of customers who trust us with their pool care. I’m incredibly grateful for each of them, as well as the dedicated technicians who support our daily operations with strength and professionalism.

But I haven’t been on this journey alone. My wife, Elisa Ribeiro, has been by my side every step of the way. As an IT Project Manager, Elisa has balanced her demanding career while dedicating her extra time to help build Sparkly Pool Services. To this day, she remains my right hand, managing the administrative side of the business with the same dedication and attention to detail that she brings to her professional life.

As our business has grown, so has our family. Our two young children, Daniel (3) and Julia (2), bring us the love and joy that inspire us to continue building a company we can be proud of. Their presence reminds us daily of the importance of the work we do and the legacy we are creating.
