Cancellation Policy

Services to be Provided: Sparkly Pool Services agrees to provide professional cleaning of the Customer's pool filter at the designated service location. This service includes the thorough cleaning of cartridge, sand, or DE (diatomaceous earth) filters, ensuring the filter is free of debris and functioning efficiently. Payment Terms: Payment for the Pool Filter Cleaning service is required in advance. An invoice will be sent to the Customer prior to the scheduled service date, and payment must be received before the service is performed. Customers can pay via credit or debit card, and if preferred, the payment can be automatically processed using the card on file once the invoice is issued. The service will not be carried out until payment is confirmed. Extra Charges: In the event that the filter requires additional repairs or replacement parts beyond the standard cleaning, the Customer will be informed prior to any additional work being performed. Extra charges for such services will be agreed upon before proceeding. Clogged or Damaged Filters: If the filter is found to be severely clogged or damaged during the cleaning process, Sparkly Pool Services will notify the Customer immediately. Additional services such as deep cleaning, part replacement, or full filter replacement may be required, and extra charges will apply. Liability: Sparkly Pool Services will take all necessary precautions to perform the filter cleaning in a professional and responsible manner. However, the Service Provider is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues with the filter that are discovered during the cleaning process. Sparkly Pool Services is CPO Certified (by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance) and is insured by Thimble Insurance Services. Privacy: Customer information is kept private and is used solely for administrative purposes by Sparkly Pool Services. This information will not be shared with anyone outside of the organization. Follow-Up Recommendations: After completing the filter cleaning, Sparkly Pool Services may provide recommendations for maintaining filter efficiency and suggest a future service schedule to ensure ongoing optimal performance. Termination: This agreement terminates automatically upon completion of the Pool Filter Cleaning service and receipt of payment. The Customer is responsible for any outstanding payments.
